We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our handmade bath and body products, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right—whether that means a refund, store credit, or replacement.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at byrontobroome@bigpond.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Description and photos of the issue

We'll respond within 2 business days and aim to resolve your concern quickly.

Exceptions

Please note, we cannot offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or for products that have been used.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t shipped. Just send us a message and we’ll take care of it.
