Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless something happens that is out of our control. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

  • Local Delivery only for Broome, Western Australia

  • We do not offer International Shipping at this time.

 

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your region and courier delays beyond our control.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. 

Damages & Lost Packages
We’re proud of our packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and details. We'll do our best to resolve the issue. Lost packages are rare, but we’ll work with the shipping provider to investigate.
